Information according to the GDPR (EU 679/2016 law) and to art. 13 of 196/2003 Italian law

The data will be processed by Prisma S.r.l. for the performance of its specific economic activity of production and sale.

In the event of an order, the data will also be processed for the following other purposes:

  1. for the execution of the obligations (main and ancillary) deriving from Prisma S.r.l. by contracts stipulated with the Customer;
  2. for compliance with legal obligations borne by Prisma S.r.l. (invoicing, mandatory tax declarations, etc.);
  3. for any "preliminary" and also "pre-contractual" information with respect to the stipulation of contracts to be activated on the Customer's initiative;
  4. to apply standard payment system procedures with respect to customers;
  5. for any needs to monitor the progress of relations with customers and / or related risks;
  6. for operational and management needs strictly connected with the contracts concluded with the Customer.
  7. for sending, with prior authorization, informational emails about products, promotions or other news of common interest also informs you that your data can be communicated to the subjects to whom the operations of mailing of our catalogs and shipment of the ordered goods should be delegated: this however only limitedly to company name and / or name and address. also informs you that, following art.13 of 196/2003 Italian law, you have the right to:

  1. To obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. You have the right to know:
    1. the origin of personal data;
    2. purposes and way of data treatment;
    3. of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    4. of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, par. 2;
    5. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data can be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the state, managers or appointees.
  3. You have the right to obtain:
    1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
    2. the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. the attestation that the operations referred to in points 1) and 2) have been brought to the attention, even with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
  4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Finally, informs you that the provision of data such as company name and / or name, address, tax identification number and VAT number is mandatory under current tax legislation so that can legitimately proceed with the signing of sales contracts and all fulfillment of orders, while the provision of additional data is optional, even if your refusal in this regard may lead to failure to establish the contractual relations proposed by you and / or failure to execute the supplies you requested.
